bdt64 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladeshi Players

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bdt64", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bdt64 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://bdt64.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdt64 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the bdt64 platform through the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of Bangladeshi Taka held in a player's bdt64 wallet, including real-money funds and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a player's account pursuant to a specific promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process requiring submission of government-issued identification documents prior to withdrawal processing.

• Participation in online gaming is not prohibited under any law applicable to you personally.

bdt64 reserves the absolute right to decline any registration application or close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility requirements are not met or where documentation submitted during KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily authenticated.

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one active bdt64 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identification, a valid Bangladesh mobile number, and a secure password of your choosing. bdt64 implements device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and mobile number validation as part of its account integrity programme. Any account determined to be a duplicate of an existing account will be suspended without prior notice, and any balance — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending investigation.

bdt64 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above the minimum threshold. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport showing your full name and date of birth.

All deposits to bdt64 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka and are accepted via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdt64, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits are credited to your bdt64 wallet in real time following confirmation from the payment provider. bdt64 does not charge fees on standard BDT deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees in accordance with their published tariff. bdt64 is not responsible for fees levied by payment providers.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the BDT mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) that was used to make the player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the bdt64 compliance team.

Standard withdrawal processing time for KYC-verified accounts is under 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Any withdrawal request submitted while a player has an active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements will be declined until the wagering requirement is fulfilled. bdt64 reserves the right to void any bet — before or after settlement — in any of the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement.
• The bet was placed at an incorrect or manifestly erroneous price due to a system error or human error.
• The underlying event was cancelled, postponed, or materially altered in a way that triggers the void conditions set out in the specific sport or game rules.
• The bet was facilitated by a technical malfunction, software error, or exploit of a platform vulnerability.
• There is evidence that the player had access to material non-public information about the outcome at the time of placing the bet.

Any unauthorised use of bdt64 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to claims for damages, injunctive relief, or both.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdt64 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage — including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the bdt64 platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

bdt64 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. bdt64 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, connectivity issues, browser incompatibilities, or third-party payment provider delays.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, the liability of bdt64 to any individual player shall be limited to the value of the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit bdt64's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

You acknowledge that all gambling involves risk and that you may lose the entirety of the funds you deposit. bdt64 is not responsible for gambling losses. All decisions to wager are made freely and voluntarily by the player.
